Robo-Spam?

Does anyone know what to do about these strange comments I keep getting?  Are these robo-responses or something?  I run them thru http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ and usually get garbage back, so I don't think there's an actual person on the other end.

I don't get them on all my blogs, but I get them often on this one for instance. I just wondered if there's something else to do besides delete them. I want to know what they are.

I keep getting these weird comments, I just report them as spam as I'm not sure what else to do. If you come up with another idea I'd be pleased to hear.

Ellen... You might want to change your 'comments' options where you clear them before they can be posted. I've gotten a couple, mostly selling stuff.
